How to Get Jobs

Working in the public sector has always been beneficial. There are many reasons for that. You can assume that in the public sector you will get lots of holidays and you will have to do the lesser job as compared to the private sector. But is this really true?  I really feel that it is true to some extent and you are quiet right to say that the public sector jobs are safer than the private sector jobs.

I would like to present some of the points which will prove that the public sector jobs are better than the private sector jobs.

1. The first point which comes to my mind is the pension and all the other allowances which only the public sector employee gets. I do feel that the public sector jobs are really far too advantageous than the private sector jobs. You are not supposed to get the pension in private job.
2. The second point which comes to my mind is the fact that with the public sector jobs you are quiet safer. And I do feel that you are not so safer with the private sector jobs. This is really because you cannot really be thrown out of the public sector jobs so easily. It is really a long process and you cannot really say that it is as easy as we see in the private sector where the concept of hire and fire is more popular.
3. The third point which comes to my mind is that you are really not supposed to get the salary on other dates. What I mean is the fact that you are not supposed to get the salary on other dates. You are quiet sure to get the salary on the day which has been prescribed. I do feel that you will not be able to get such a benefit in the private sector jobs. I do feel that your salary day can be delayed or in other words you can say that you are not quiet sure to get the salary on any fixed day. It is often delayed.
4. The next point which comes to my mind is the fact that you will retire after some fixed year. However there is no concept o retirement in the private sector jobs. I do feel that you can think that it is a disadvantage. But I would like to add that you will be getting the money without doing any job. Hence you will get the pension while sitting at home. However as far as the private sector jobs are concerned I really feel that you will not be getting any such advantages.

Hence it is quiet clear that the public sector jobs are better than the private sector jobs.
