However many times it has been found that the teachers love the small children because of their innocence and hence prefer the kids more than the grown up children.

Hence you should really be ready to face any kind of challenge given by the children. However you can really win the heart of the children if you do it. You must also some times find the children doing mischief and you will have to tackle with it. I must say that you will never find children who are not mischievous. A good teacher is one who is able to win every children heart. He will be better who will be able to earn the heart of many children. Mind you that this is never an easy task. Hence you should really do some research on each child and find out that what they like.
