People feel more secure if the company is ready to give vacations to the employees and ensure the job.
- Reducing the hours of work for daily wages workers can really work. Numbers of hours in the week can be reduced so as to reduce the weekly payment of the employees. Some companies hire the employees for specific type of work and give the money according to the numbers of hours.
- Companies can use the work force within the organization and reduce the interaction with the other companies for special type of support. Company can take the help of employees within the organization to stop the flow of money to outside vendors. It is not essential to hire the companies for trivial works.
