Interview is very important. It can be for any purpose but its importance remains the same. Any job is closed by final interview. Children’s and their parents are interviewed for a place in school. In fact it’s by interview only that both the seeker and provider come to know about each other.

As far as job interview are concerned. Following points should be remembered:

  1. Don’t ever try to be late for the interview. If you are not sure how far the site is make it sure before. If you are even few minutes late than the actual time, creates a bad impression in the recruiters mind. It’s always very bad to make the first impression like this. It’s always said that the first impression is the last impression.
  2. Have your nail and hair properly cut. Don’t wear casual clothe. Don’t try to be over smart.
  3. You have to be communicably very strong. Proper emphasis should be made for communication skill. This is very important because communication skill forms the basis of any job. Good English is compulsory.
  4. You should prepare for the interview with same seriousness as you pay for written test.
  5. You will have no excuse if you are out due to lack of preparation.
  6. You should not have negative feelings. You should not feel before the interview that you will not be selected. You should always be positive.
  7. After the recruiter completes explaining about the company, it’s your responsibility to reaffirm your interest.
  8. There are some tough questions which you have to tackle:
  • You can be asked that where you find yourself after five years: you should make sure that you don’t tell the whole history. You should only tell about goals and challenges.
  • You can ask about salary: most feel that this is knocking out question. But one can be secure by just trying to deviate from this question. If they go asking again and again, give them a range. You can also tell about you were getting in previous company and what is the market salary of this job.
  • You can be asked why they should hire you: you have to promptly explain your ability. You can prepare for this question in advance since this is frequently asked. You can stand in front of the mirror and check whether you are correct or not.
  • Sometime you might be asked silly questions. Like suppose you were a loin, what will you do? Just reply politely that your job does not require you to be a loin. Actually they want to test whether how you react in pressure situation.

Keep these in mind and good luck for next interview.
